ABOUT ME:
Hi ! Thank you for taking the time to look at my page. I'll try to give you a sense of who I am. First, I will tell you some important things about myself. You may want to go and get yourself a beverage. I tend to write in detail.
I believe in kindness, love, truth and honesty. I'm a sensitive, caring, compassionate, loyal, trustworthy, intelligent, philosophical, and introspective woman. I have a very good sense of humor, and I'm quite funny at times. At heart though, I'm a disillusioned Romantic idealist.
I have taken years to work on my issues. I would love to meet people who are not in denial about their issues - or better yet - whom have also worked on their issues. We are all human and no one is perfect. But, I have no interest in playing games or walking on those proverbial eggshells.
I'm a refined lady. Yet, I've been told that I'm "Funky" and "The Coolest". A Strange mixture ... A Funky Cool Refined Lady ... Yes, That's me! ... I'm just a "Deep" Old Soul. ... "I'm a round peg in a square world, independently marching to the beat of a different drum". Yet, most of my marching is in my thoughts, ideas, dreams and aspirations.
MY FAITH IN GOD AND JESUS: A critical matter about me is that I'm a Believer in God & Jesus. Yet, I am not a fundermental Christian. I am an open-minded "Follower of Jesus" and child of God.
SOMETHINGS VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT ME: I do not like IM-ing. As I see it, anything worth having is worth a lot of effort. Yes, to write in detail is taxing, but I prefer the written word. It's much more honest and leads to deeper introspection. I also do not write to private email addresses. Yet, if I become real friends with a person, then I will write to their private email address and also IM with them.
PROFESSIONAL DATA: I am a Permanently Certified NYS Secondary English Teacher. My professional objective is to obtain a teaching position where I will empower students with the skills they need to reach their true potential - This position will provide many fulfilling years of employment.
